Default Update: Windows XP Drivers
Corrupted or out-of-date device drivers often lead to file errors, communication problems, or hardware malfunction in Windows XP. Common problems you may encounter include: no sound, your can't use your printer to print jobs, computer crashes, video / screen problems when trying to play games, etc.

The reason you are facing these problems are usually related outdated Windows XP drivers. These are caused by: frequent installing or uninstalling of programs, by upgrading software or hardware, service pack upgrades, or spyware & virus infections.

By upgrading your Windows XP device drivers, you can eliminate these types of driver errors/problems. If you know the manufacturer of your hardware, you can go to their website "Support" or "Downloads" section and download the latest drivers for your device.
