Do you have troubles in updating your Windows 7 drivers of ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650, you can read the following article, it may be helpful.

- You should download the driver first, and then Extract to somewhere simple, for example: C:\DRIVERTEMP\
- Run devmgmt.msc
- Expand (+) Display Adapters
- Right Click on Standard VGA Adapter
- Click on Update Driver Software
- Click on Browse my computer for driver software
- Browse to where you extracted the RAR file ( ex: C:\DRIVERTEMP\ )
- Ensure Include Subfolders is checked.
- Click Next
- Windows does its thing, Prompts for Restart. Do so.
- After your restart, the video card driver would work properly with your computer.
