I have a canon i560 single function printer connected to a computer with XP over USB.
I have the workgroup set up and all computers are connected to a LAN network over wireless N
On vista all i had to do was double click the printer under network-(computer with printer)-printer and it connected
On windows 7 after installing the driver i double click it and it trys to find a driver, even though i already installed it (driver addon module) it cant find a driver on windows update, so it asks for a manual one, from a .inf
The driver shows up in Devices and printers-click on any printer-server settings-drivers as Canon inkjet i560
